The widest range of spare parts and components was on proud display at the EAE exhibition in Romania that took place between 2nd and 4th September. It is the investment in local shows throughout Europe that underpins just how important customer relations are to the SUZOHAPP team.
With such a wide choice of gaming solutions, manufacturers and operators alike appreciate the advice given by SUZOHAPP. At the end of the day, the component choice plays a key role in the quality and reliability of the gaming solutions that can be found in arcades and casinos.
“The multitude of solutions and applications can make the component choice complex”, explains Mr. Harald Wagemaker, Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing of Gaming and Casino EMEA. “We are here to match each and every customer’s requirements with the right product mix. Such solutions included the growing range of SUZOHAPP products – both developed and manufactured in-house. From the PRO range, in particular the focus was on the VisionPRO. VisionPRO monitors are made to custom specifications. The MFL casino-style banknote reader is a further SUZOHAPP product that was the focus of much attention, similarly the STC locks. Naturally the Comestero solutions – the extensive range of change machines and the RM5 HD electronic coin selector – played a prominent role on the SUZOHAPP stand.

Cu o astfel de gamă largă de soluții pentru jocurile de noroc, producătorii și operatorii au apreciat sfaturile oferite de SuzoHapp. În final, alegerea componentelor joacă un rol-cheie în calitatea și fiabilitatea aparatelor de joc care pot fi găsite în cazinouri și nu numai.

Următoarele soluții sunt incluse în gama tot mai mare de produse SuzoHapp, toate dezvoltate în fabrica proprie. Din gama PRO, se pune în special accentul pe VisionPro. Monitoarele VisionPro sunt produse după specificații personalizate. Cititorul de bancnote MFL este de asemenea un produs SuzoHapp care a primit multă atenție, la fel ca încuietoarele STC. Desigur, soluțiile Comestero – o gamă largă de aparate de schimb și selectorul de monede electronice RM5 HD au jucat un rol proeminent în standul SuzoHapp.
