The eight are the casinos in the Galaxy Macau and StarWorld, owned by Galaxy Entertainment; the Wynn Macau, owned by Wynn Resorts; Melco Crown Entertainment’s City of Dreams; MGM Resorts’ MGM Macau; Las Vegas Sands’ the Venetian Macao and the Sands Cotai Central and SJM Holding’s Grand Lisboa.
Together they ed for MOP145.4 billion (US$18.21 billion).
The Galaxy Macau had MOP24.9 billion in gross gaming revenue, the Wynn Macau had MOP20.3 billion and the City of Dreams had MOP19.6 billion.
GGR rose 5.5 percent in the three months to end June, driven by the mass market to MOP90.9 billion.
Revenue from mass-market baccarat increased by 35.3 percent year-on-year to MOP28 billion.
