“The 3RD EDITION OF THE ReUNION OF THE GAMBLING PROFESSIONALS” suggests a more optimistic theme of discussions and future projections, namely the solutions we each have for the development of our gambling industry.
At the end of 2014, besides an open environment for performing the analysis and balance of our gaming industry, the Casino Inside magazine set itself to provide the place anytime for you to come with definite projects of discussion, which you we’ll present to the event’s auditory, so that we shall communicate and share ideas that will lead to a wider project, one we do not necessarily have to crystalize right now, but one that we will start together, as a landmark, by virtue that an industry so dynamic and exposed as ours must have a plan of solutions for development on short, medium and long term.
In this way, we all those involved in this field, must centralize our energy more and more towards development, towards the future.
To reach this desideratum, our project of modernization the Romanian gambling industry needs a plan of concrete solutions and actions. Do not keep them for yourself, come on the 4th of December to share them with us, no matter how wild and crazy they might seem at the first sight.
At the time of our reunion, the National Gambling Office (ONJN) is going to be 1 year and 8months old, but even though this institution has had a lot of success in regard the regulation and control of our gaming market, there is still a lot to be done by us together for the achievement of our common goal, having a stable and well managed industry. Thus, this is a good time for you to come to this event and to take part to the year balance performed by ONJN within RPG 3. The president of the Institution, Mrs. Odeta Nestor, and her team of specialists have already confirmed their presence.
We invite you to participate actively to the THE 3rd ReUNION OF THE GAMBLING PROFESSIONALS, but also to come to the discussions regarding the problems faced by gambling in our country, problems that year by year stay the same: “the black market” and the disloyal competition created by it, the future legislative changes in the field – consisting af all matters of the subject (the tax level applied to the offline operators, the clarity and transparency of this process; the limitations in frame and number of devices applied to the street gaming area, are the AWPs a viable solution?; the online area and the real perspectives of this important branch of our industry to become legal and thus to bring good money to the state budget from licensing, taxes and fees; the level of social responsibility we must all share in regard to the people and the society, in general; the way the new law provisions will affect the land-based sport betting market.
To all of these topics we add the discussions concerning the decrease of the investments in the present gaming venues (investments in equipment, decorations, prizes and benefits for the players). The State needs money and new jobs openings now more than ever, we are experiencing total economical downfall, according to the data given by the National Institute of Statistics (INS), and our industry needs stability, safety and .
Therefore, we consider that it is important to be present again to the event dedicated to our industry, an event with a success, usefulness and efficiency proven edition by edition.
The Romanian gambling professionals are invited to express their opinions, ideas or discontents, but in the same time, they are invited to give a hand to the creation of a proactive action frame, one that will help all of those involved in our field to find the best possible solutions, so that our gambling industry will be able to develop, not only to survive.

Viitorul Industriei de Gambling din România
-Între nevoia de dezvoltare și incertitudinile legislative-
Sfârșitul acestui an ne va aduce din nou împreună pe data de 4 Decembrie. Recunoaștem că de această dată echipa noastră a considerat că, după o perioadă mai zbuciumată, industria de gaming ar fi avut nevoie de mult mai mult decât dezbaterea unor probleme de zi cu zi ale industriei, cât mai cu seamă de o proiecție către viitor, către dezvoltare. Numai că o dată cu emiterea în data de 29 septembrie a raportului favorabil și a amendamentelor ce urmează a fi propuse Plenului Parlamentului de către Comisia pentru Buget, Finanţe şi Bănci din Camera Deputaților, face ca discutiile noastre să rămână și de această dată, cu preponderență, axate mai degrabă pe un viitor nesigur decât pe unul focusat către certitudini.
“ReUNIUNEA PROFESIONIȘTILOR DIN GAMBLING 3” chiar dacă nu renunță la a vă propune o temă mai optimistă de discuții și proiecții de viitor, în același timp nu putem să nu recunoaștem că în acest moment principalele teme de dezbateri se vor referi cu preponderență la Propunerile legislative pentru modificarea și completarea Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr.77/2009 privind organizarea și exploatarea jocurilor de noroc.
Un motiv în plus să participați la eveniment!
Pe lângă un cadru deschis pentru o analiză și un bilanț al industriei noastre de jocuri de noroc la finele anului 2014, revista Casino Inside își propune să ofere momentul și locul pentru ca voi toți să veniți cu proiecte clare de discuție, pe care să le supuneți atenției auditoriului prezent la eveniment astfel încât să avem un schimb de idei din care să rezulte un proiect mai amplu, pe care nu este obligatoriu să-l definitivăm acum, în perioada imediat următoare, dar pe care să-l pornim împreună, ca pe un cap de pod, în virtutea faptului că o industrie atât de dinamică și de expusă ca a noastră trebuie să aibe un plan de soluții de dezvoltare a afacerilor pe termen scurt, mediu și lung.
Pentru a îndeplini acest scop, în procesul nostru către modernizarea industriei de gambling din România, avem nevoie de un plan de soluții și de acțiuni concrete. Nu le țineți pentru dumneavoastră, veniți pe 4 Decembrie să ni le împărtășiți și nouă, indiferent cât de năstrușnice sau nerealiste vi se par la prima vedere.
La momentul întâlnirii noastre Oficiului Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN) va fi împlinit 1 an și 8 luni de existență, însă cu toate succesele obținute de această instituție în ceea ce privește reglementarea și controlul în piața noastră de gaming tot mai sunt multe lucruri de făcut, cu toții, împreună în împlinirea dezideratului comun de a avea o industrie stabilă și bine istrată. Așadar, este un moment prielnic să veniți la eveniment și să participați cu această ocazie și la bilanțul de sfârșit de an 2014 pe care ONJN îl face în cadrul evenimentului RPG 3.
Pe lângă implicarea activă, participativă, pe care vă rugăm să o aveți la ReUNIUNEA PROFESIONIȘTILOR DIN GAMBLING 3, vă invităm să ne discutăm și problemele cu care se confruntă “jocurile de noroc” în țara noastră, și care an de an au cam rămas aceleași: “piața neagră” și concurența neloială ce derivă din aceasta, viitoarele modificări legislative din domeniu – cu tot ce cuprinde acest subiect (noul nivel de taxare ce se intenționează a fi aplicat operatorilor de jocuri de noroc, claritatea și transparența acestui proces; limitările de cadru și de numărul de aparate aplicat zonei de street gaming, sunt AWP-urile o soluție?; online-ul și perspectivele reale ca această ramură importantă a industriei să intre în legalitate și de pe urma căreia statul să încaseze bani frumoși din licențe, taxe și impozite; nivelul de responsabilitate socială pe care trebuie să o avem față de oameni și societate, în general; cum va fi afectată piața de sport betting land-based de noile prevederi legislative, șamd).
La toate acestea se adaugă discuțiile legate de scăderile investiționale în cadrul locațiilor actuale de joc (investiții în echipamente, în amenajări, în premii și beneficii acordate jucătorilor, etc.). Statul are acum nevoie de bani și de locuri de muncă mai mult ca oricând, teoretic ne aflăm în plin regres economic conform datelor furnizate de Institutul Național de Statistică (INS), iar industria noastră are nevoie de stabilitate, siguranță și de sprijin.
Așadar, considerăm că este important să fiți prezenți și de această dată la evenimentul dedicat industriei noastre care și-a dovedit mereu utilitatea și eficiența prin succesul dobândit ediție de ediție.
Profesioniștii industriei de gambling din România sunt așteptați să își exprime opiniile, ideile sau nemulțumirile, dar, în același timp, sunt invitați să-și aducă aportul concis la realizarea unui cadru proactiv de acțiune, prin care toți cei implicați în domeniul nostru să participe în mod real la găsirea celor mai bune soluții astfel încât industria noastră de gambling să se dezvolte și nu doar să supraviețuiască.
