We remind you that on Thursday, 5 December 2013, between 10: 00 and 16: 30 pm at Novotel Hotel – room Paris Rive Gauche, will take place The 2ND ReUNION of GAMBLING PROFESIONALS EVENT, with the theme „Priorities and Concrete Action for the Romanian Gambling Industry„, event organized by the Casino Inside magazine.
With the establishment of the National Gambling Office (ONJN) in April, our gaming market took a step forward towards the common desire to have a stable and regulated industry. We all are aware of the problems faced by „gambling” in our country, starting with the „black market” and the unfair competition deriving from it, the instability and inadequacy of the legislative field and the level of the taxes applied to market operators. To all of these adds up a prolonged economic crisis, which we face with more and more difficulty. The State needs money and jobs, and our industry is in need of solidity and .
Now, more than ever, we believe that it is important for you to be present at this event, dedicated to our industry, here we will take the pulse of the Romanian gambling market and we will endeavor and we will emphasize the priorities that we have to achieve and the concrete actions to take in order to do so.
The professionals of the gambling industry in Romania are welcomed to express their opinions, ideas or discontents, but, at the same time, they are invited to bring their contribution to the development of a concise framework of proactive action, whereby all those involved in our field to participate effectively in finding the best solutions for reviving our gambling industry.
MOTIVATION: We have promised that we will only organize the next edition of „The ReUNION of GAMBLING PROFESSIONALS” event when our gambling market enters a track of normality, and thus our meeting could be a benchmark, a point of reference.
Now, when the National Gambling Office exists for more than half a year, we thought that it is appropriate to present you with an assessment of activity of the institution that governs and watches over the well being of the area in which we all activate. Now, approaching the end of the year, it is a good time to be together and to analyze what we should do further.
Another motivation to our approach is the overall condition of the industry. Crippled by various issues, some old, some new, but still awaiting for resolution, we felt that topics such as the cancellation of the 25% tax applied to the player’s winnings and of the entry tickets, or responsible gaming, the legality or illegality of online gambling in Romania, or combating the black market, are burning issues that we need to discuss.
The Structure of the event: the first part of the event will start at 10: 00 am with a Session of Presentations and the speeches of the guests. The President of the National Gambling Office (ONJN), Odeta Nestor, will present the work performed by the institution run by her and will provide an analysis of the issues that are at this point on the debate agenda of the Office. At the same time, certain representatives of ONJN’s Supervisory Committee will reveal different viewpoints and presentations from the part of the institutions they represent.
Also, the main patron and professional associations of the field will be invited to make a presentation of the Romanian gambling industry’s reality, disclosing each specific (live casinos, gaming rooms, bookmakers, and poker clubs).
The second session of our meeting will be dedicated to dialogue between guests, between regulating and governing decision-makers and Auditorium, and last but not least, there will be a special step, reserved for drawing conclusions.
The event will also include moments of gaming equipment presentations.

Va reamintim ca in data de joi, 5 decembrie 2013, între orele 10:00 și 16:30 va avea loc la Hotel Novotel – sala Paris Rive Gauche, evenimentul ReUniunea Profesioniștilor din Gambling ediția a 2-a, având tema “Priorități și Acțiuni Concrete în Industria de Gambling din România”, manifestare organizată de Revista Casino Inside.
Context: “ReUNIUNEA PROFESIONIȘTILOR DIN GAMBLING 2” vine, firesc, ca o continuare a primului eveniment organizat de revista Casino Inside anul trecut și își propune să ofere un cadru deschis pentru o analiză și un bilanț a industriei noastre de jocuri de noroc la finele anului 2013.
Odată cu înființarea Oficiului Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN) în aprilie, piața noastră de gaming a făcut un pas înainte în dezideratul comun de a avea o industrie stabilă și reglementată. Cu toții știm care sunt problemele cu care se confruntă “jocurile de noroc” în țara noastră, de la “piața neagră” și concurența neloială ce derivă din aceasta, instabilitatea și insuficiența legislativă din domeniu și nivelul taxelor aplicate operatorilor din piață. La toate acestea se suprapune și o criză economică prelungită căreia îi facem față din ce în ce mai greu. Statul are nevoie de bani și de locuri de muncă, iar industria noastră are nevoie de soliditate și de sprijin.
Mai mult ca oricând credem că este important să fiți prezenți la un eveniment dedicat industriei noastre în care vom lua pulsul actual al pieței de gambling din România și în care vom căuta și vom puncta prioritățile pe care le avem de atins și acțiunile concrete prin care să facem asta.
Profesioniștii industriei de gambling din România sunt așteptați să își exprime opiniile, ideile sau nemulțumirile, dar, în același timp, sunt invitați să-și aducă aportul concis la realizarea unui cadru proactiv de acțiune, prin care toți cei implicați în domeniul nostru să participe în mod real la găsirea celor mai bune soluții astfel încât industria noastră de gambling să se revigoreze.
Motivație: Am promis că următoarea ediție a evenimentului “ReUNIUNEA PROFESIONIȘTILOR DIN GAMBLING” o vom face atunci când lucrurile se vor așeza pe un făgaș de normalitate pe piața noastră de jocuri de noroc, astfel încât întrunirea noastră să fie un reper, un moment de referință.
Acum când Oficiul Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc există de mai bine de jumătate de an, am considerat că este oportun să venim în fața dumneavoastră cu o evaluare a activității instituției care reglementează și veghează asupra bunului mers a domeniului în care activăm cu toții. Acum, când se apropie finalul anului, este un moment prielnic să fim împreună și să analizăm ce este de făcut pe mai departe.
O altă motivație a demersului nostru este starea generală pe care o are industria noastră. Măcinată de probleme diverse, unele vechi, altele mai noi, dar care își așteaptă rezolvarea, am considerat că teme ca anularea impozitului de 25% aplicat pe câștigurile jucătorului și a biletelor de intrare, jocul responsabil, legalitatea sau nu a gamblingului online în România sau combaterea pieței negre, sunt subiecte arzătoare pe care trebuie să le dezbatem.
Structura evenimentului: Prima parte a evenimentului va demara la ora 10:00 cu Sesiunea de Prezentări și luarea de cuvânt a invitaților. PreședinteleOficiului Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN), Odeta Nestor, va realiza o expunere a activității instituției pe care o conduce și va oferii și o analiză a problematicilor aflate în dezbatere în acest moment pe agenda Oficiului. În același timp, anumiți reprezentanți ai Comitetului de Supraveghere al ONJN vor dezvălui auditoriului puncte de vedere și prezentări din partea instituțiilor ce le reprezintă.
De asemenea, principalele asociații profesionale și patronale din domeniu vor fi invitate să facă o prezentare a stării de fapt a industriei de gambling din România cu dezvăluirea fiecărui specific în parte (cazinouri live, săli de joc, pariuri, cluburi de poker).
Cea de-a doua sesiune a întâlnirii noastre va fi dedicată dialogului dintre invitați, între factorii de decizie în reglementare & control și auditoriu, și nu în ultimul rând de o etapă rezervată concluziilor.
Evenimentul va avea parte și de momente dedicate prezentărilor de echipamente de jocuri de noroc.
