At the time we started organizing this event, we didn’t know what to expect. Wondering if it was hard? 6o5c57

I that it was after September 15, the world had come from the summer holidays, and the media was talking about an imminent wave 4 of the Chinese pandemic. We missed seeing our clients again, and on the other hand we wanted to offer quality topics at the event. Incidence rate is rising day by day… What was to be done? We decided to do the event online. We prepared an initial presentation. The first partner appeared! We asked in the market to see what people want. “Yes, it’s safer that way, but I’d like to see the operators again,” a device manufacturer told me. “Why not make a hybrid event (live + online)?” We called the hotel and found out that it would be free after mid-November. Then started working on this plan. The number of cases increased across the country, some people lost the battle… What could we do? The political crisis is upon us… Restrictions remain in force and would last until the date we scheduled the event. In the meantime, we thought it would be great to continue to award the best actors in the industry. We figured December 8th would be a good time to have a gala. We booked a room at the hotel and announced everyone that we are going to do both the business event and the awards ceremony on the same day. Anyway, that’s our tradition. We continued to work. The incidence has decreased, the world wanted to socialize, to interact, many have got the virus and either been treated or vaccinated in the meantime. The received showed that people are tired of zooming and want to see each other physically, face to face, to look more easily in the eye and to see smiles… Nobody really wants another online event. The idea that we can only do it physically came to our mind. The incidence decreased a lot. But the interest in the event, number of s and also the number of speakers increased. The pandemic authorities said that the first phase of relaxation was beginning, so we had a great chance to do the event live, but we did not have a GD. We decided to do it only physically, but a foreign speaker couldn’t come because the borders of his country were closed due to the pandemic… So we had to him by zoom and we needed a translator. It was technical nightmare. The new Government was installed, it kept us in suspense for about 2 days and then allowed the organization of events… Then came the holiday of December 1st, and when it was over, the representatives of the location were anxious and wanted to allow the events, but with some absurd conditions. They were not suitable for us. It wasn’t what we wanted. We only wanted the best for the industry because that’s how we started, to offer quality… not half measures. We found another hotel, fast, they already knew us, they had made an offer for us in the past, but we preferred to continue the relationship with the old hotel, it was a long lasting one and we care about such details. But in that situation it was impossible, the event was right around the corner, and we had nothing concretely prepared. Our “friends” told us: “You won’t be able to do the events!” Yes we can! We’ve settled everything with the new location! The partners were satisfied. It was OK. We were working on the latest details. The day of the event had come. The lobby was full of people, everyone with green certificate, in accordance with the law. We saw each other, laughed, made jokes. We teased each other, did business, paid attention to the news and found out new things. The event begun and the hall was full! It was a real success! Again! Thanks to the participants and partners! You were amazing!
