How and when did you start playing poker?
Hi! I have been playing poker since I was a child, during school breaks and in bars after school, but more professional, so to speak, since 2010.
Among all the tournaments you have participated in so far, which is the one that has really stayed with you? Why?
Super Tuesday online (1k buyin) because I had the chance to win it twice in the same month and it gave me a moral and financial boost for my poker career.
Can you make a living from poker, or is it just a way to supplement your income and spend your time in a fun way?
Of course you can live, but only through a lot of work and patience. The short-term gain is just a mirage, that everything is very easy, but over time you will realize that without time and work invested you can not cope, especially online.
Do you have a role model among poker players, if so … who is?
Not necessarily, but I can say that I was impressed and inspired by Europeans, from the current generation, whom I had the opportunity to meet personally.
How do you characterize your style of play?
Everyone already knows my super aggressive style ?, especially the Romanians.
How do you see the poker industry in our country? How do you think the situation in this area could be improved?
Lately, the Romanian poker has developed a lot with the help of Mr. Sorin Constantinescu, but also of poker clubs and last but not least of the players, who have started to train more and more and have significantly improved their game.
What are your plans for poker in the near future?
In the near future, I would like to play as many live tournaments as possible because due to the pandemic we were kind of forced to stay online.
What advice would you give to a novice player?
Training, ambition and bankroll management. And never give up!
