Tell us some information about GAMESERVICE, year of inception, field of activity, number of employees?
GAMESERVICE has been operating on the market since 2003. The GAMESERVICE company is one of the brands d with the GAMESERVICE GROUP and is based in Haczów in Poland, producing highly technologically advanced internet terminals and casings. In its constructions, it uses only components of renowned and recognized companies. The company focuses on modern solutions for the construction and design of products, it also has its own modern line for the production of electronics. Qualified staff ensures the high quality of the products offered.
We have a modern production line, thanks to which we provide flexibility and speed of implementation. Our terminals are fully configurable products. It is our client who determines the configuration in which it is to be made, and we provide technical and adapt products to the market on which they are to appear.
Our offer includes 1, 2 and 3-monitor terminals as well as housings. All the devices we manufacture are durable, made of the highest quality materials and characterized by high functionality. About 25 people are employed in the company.
What are the main products you offer to your customers?
The main products we offer are terminals and cabinets. In addition, we also provide metalworking services.
Tell us which product is the best-selling product in the GAMESERVICE portfolio?
Due to the fact that the market is changing and betting companies have an increasing share in it, at the moment terminals are definitely more often chosen by customers.

The GAMESERVICE cabinets are distinguished by a unique design and the highest quality mechanically polished stainless steel. The company focuses on modern solutions for the construction and construction of terminals. All enclosures can be made according to the customer’s specifications so that they meet the expectations as much as possible.

What is a customer’s lead time for receiving products since an order was placed?
It is difficult to clearly define the time needed to complete the order. It depends on the specifications of the device, the availability of selected parts. Covid had a major impact on the supply market. The availability of parts has decreased and delivery times have lengthened. We make sure that we have a pool of parts most frequently chosen by customers in stock so as to minimize the waiting time for the delivery of the order.
What are your expectations from the Romanian gambling market, how do you think our industry will evolve in the future?
We are constantly following the changes taking place on the Romanian market in order to be able to meet the expectations of our clients. We know that legal regulations and technical requirements are evolving a lot. We have been on the Romanian market for years, we present our products at fairs and we have many friends and customers in this country. We hope that the changes taking place in the betting and gambling industries will allow us to further develop and increase sales in this region. For our part, we can assure you that we make every effort to meet the expectations of our customers and constantly improve our products.
