To be more exact, it is a full set of modules and tools for secure management of operational activities, where each and every operator can choose those specific modules that they find necessary, or they can choose the full package of modules, centralizing all the operational management in one unified package, safely and effectively.
What determined you to create Pyramid CMS?
With an already high number of equipment on the market and a solid business relationship with our clients, we want to offer them as well the necessary tools for a highly accurate management. Therefore, the decision to develop this casino management system came from the desire to offer our customers a powerful, secure, flexible, easy to use and to maintain management system that encomes all operational and monitoring activities.
How compatible is Pyramid CMS with different gaming equipment, considering that a dedicated location usually holds devices from multiple manufacturers?
The system uses SAS 6.02 protocol, making it compatible with any type of equipment, regardless of the manufacturer. The central unit is a SMIB that enables total control and safe operations on any slot machine using SAS protocol.
What are modules and functionality of Pyramid CMS?
ing Module: continuously manages financial information and offers a high accuracy on financial operations. With a wide variety of statistics and analysis reports that allow efficient and accurate ing, as well as access to web statistics of all equipment activity, in full compliance with the law, as well as exact archiving methods of ing data, the module is mandatory in an efficient management of locations.
Multi-site Monitoring: centralizes all activities and allows control over multiple dedicated locations, in real time. The module is designed to view immediate technical condition and performance of each equipment, both apparatus and system events, actions of players, jackpots, etcetera, with efficiency reports designed according to operator customization requests.
Security module: it comes with the option of granting different rights to employees, depending on their level access and the internal policies of the operator and with ’s full access to the employees’ s, as well as complete monitoring of events on the equipment.
Jackpot Module: facilitates monitoring and control of multiple jackpots as well as provides centralized control over jackpots parameters. s global Jackpot and allows configuration of an unlimited number of levels, customization of promotional campaigns with minimal programming effort.
Player Tracking Module: offers highly accurate player profiles and history, with real-time information from multiple locations, including entry registration and blacklistings.
Auto-Tombola Module: Automatically prints tickets in real time, for raffles, based on points accumulated during play, operator deciding on the method of use: either through spending the earned points or free of charge.
Notifications Module: allows push notification customers via SMS or Email thanks to a device created to automatically send them.
Cashless Module: is available with 2 Sub-Modules: Card and Tito and it is an effective method to ensure the money flow between gaming hall services. It reduces the time between slot machines recharges, jackpot and cash payouts, thus reducing the need for staff and increasing playing time for players.
Advertising Module: gives the option to display ments and video banners using the central server, without the need for additional hardware accessories.

Din perspectiva unui director de vânzări, care sunt avantajele Pyramid Casino Management System?
Pyramid CMS este o soluţie inteligentă pentru monitorizarea şi gestionarea tuturor operaţiunile din locaţii cu jocuri electronice: cazinouri, săli de joc, locaţii cu pariuri sportive. Dezvoltat ȋn totalitate de inginerii noştri români de top, cu o varietate mare de opţiuni de personalizare, Pyramid CMS a fost conceput pentru managementul profitabil al tuturor locaţiilor dedicate.
Practic, este un set complet de module şi instrumente de gestionare ȋn deplină siguranţă a tuturor operaţiunilor din locaţiile dedicate. Cât de compatibil este Pyramid CMS cu diferite echipamente, ţinând cont de faptul că ȋn orice locaţie dedicată găseşti aparate de la mai mulţi producători?
Sistemul utilizează protocol SAS 6.02, ceea ce ȋl face compatibil cu orice tip echipament, indiferent de producător. Unitatea de bază este un SMIB care permite controlul total şi ȋn siguranta a operaţiunilor de pe orice aparat de joc care utilizează protocol SAS.
Care sunt modulele şi functionalităţile Pyramid CMS?
Modul Contabilitate: gestionează continuu informaţiile fiscale şi oferă acurateţe ȋn operaţiunile financiare. Cu o varietate largă de statistici şi raportări ce permit o analiză eficientă şi corectă a situaţiei contabile dar şi acces web pentru statisticile şi contabilitatea aparatelor de joc ȋn deplină concordanţă cu legislaţia ȋn vigoare, posibilitate de colectare a informaţiilor relevante de pe echipamente dar şi metode exacte de arhivare a datelor contabile, modulul este indispensabil ȋn managementul eficient al locaţiilor.
Modul Monitorizare Multi-Locaţii: centralizează toate activităţile şi permite controlul mai multor locaţii dedicate, ȋn timp real. Modulul este conceput pentru a putea vizualiza starea tehnică şi performanţa imediată a fiecărui echipament, evenimentele pe aparate şi ȋn sistem, acţiunile jucătorilor, jackpoturile, etcetera, cu rapoarte de eficienţă concepute ȋn funcţie de personalizarea solicitată de operator.
Modul Securitate: cu posibilitate de a acorda drepturi diferite angajaţilor, ȋn funcţie de nivelul de implicare şi de politicile interne proprii; cu acces total al ului la logurile angajaţilor, dar şi cu monitorizarea completă a evenimentelor de pe aparatele de joc.
Modul Jackpot: facilitează monitorizarea şi controlul jackpotului ȋn multiple locaţii şi oferă un control centralizat asupra parametrilor jackpoturilor. Susţine jackpotul global şi permite configurarea unui număr nelimitat de niveluri dar şi personalizarea şi programarea de campanii promoţionale cu minim efort.
Modul Monitorizare Jucători: dezvăluie profiluri extrem de detaliate şi istoricul exact al activităţilor jucătorilor, cu informaţii ȋn timp real despre jucătorii din multiple locaţii, inclusiv ȋnregistrare cu control a intrărilor ȋn săli şi blacklistings ale jucătorilor interzişi.
Modul Auto-Tombolă: tipăreşte automat, ȋn timp real, de tichete pentru tombolă, ȋn urma acumulării punctelor ȋn timpul jocului, operatorul fiind cel care hotărăşte modalitatea de funcţionare: fie cu folosirea punctelor câştigate, fie gratuit.
Modul Notificări: oferă posibilitatea de notificare a clienţilor via SMS sau Email, printr-un dispozitiv gândit pentru a trimite automat aceste notificări.
Modul Cashless: cu două submodule disponibile: Card şi TiTo, este o metodă eficientă de a asigura circuitul banilor ȋntre serviciile sălilor de joc. Reduce timpul ȋntre reȋncărcări, plăţile de jackpot şi cash, reducând astfel nevoia de personal şi mărind timpul de joc pentru jucători.
Modul Publicitate: ȋnglobează afişarea de reclame publicitare şi bannere video, prin utilizarea serverului, fără a fi nevoie de rii hardware adiţionale.
