As you all may know, in accordance with the law nr. 124/29.05.2015 regarding the approval OUG 92/2014 on connection of all gaming slot machines in Romania to ONJN entered into force on 1st January, 2015. Despite the fact that it’s already January, the topic still remains very hot and there are still organizers who have not managed to solve the problem with the connection. 404z41

These and other interesting topics will be discussed with Edgar Isaakyan, the president of STORM GROUP, the first Romanian company to develop Casino Management Systems (since 2013). So, Mr. Isaakyan we can tell how busy December STORM GROUP had, also taking under consideration the fact that lots of organizers leave things to the last minute.

Edgar Isaakyan: Yes, you are right, we had a very busy December but this does not mean at all that the January is going to be slow. We have lots of connections programmed also for January and, judging by the intensity of the calls from different organizers that have not finished the connection or have not even started their number will increase for sure. The reasons are of different character:

• Some people were not taking very serious the requests of ONJN, first of all because of the lack of reliable information. From this point of view the ReUnion organized by Casino Inside on gambling legislation was of huge importance.
• In some cases the providers of CMS themselves were not able to manage the huge wave of organizers that left everything to the last minute first of all because of the limited human resources and stock of hardware components.

As we can see the last reason has nothing to do with the gaming organizers themselves. As a president of the first Romanian CMS distributor, I can ensure you that our company is ready to complete any volume of work, in any corner of the country. Storm Group has enough human resources and hardware components. Our programmers are constantly improving our software while our technicians are ensuring the reliability of the hardware.

So, this means that the connection process still goes on…

Edgar Isaakyan: You are right. Lots of operators did not manage to complete or to start the connection process and although it’s already January and 2016 this does not mean the end of the world. There is nothing tragic, as I have already told you we have lots of installations programmed also for January.

Of course it’s always nice to get this kind of prestigious awards but at the same time they impose additional obligations to work harder and to improve. We have already established high standards which should be respected first of all by us.După cum știți cu toții Legea 124/29.05.2015 privind aprobarea Ordonanței de Urgență a Guvernului nr. 92/2014 pentru reglementarea unor măsuri fiscal-bugetare și modificarea unor acte normative prevede la art. II pct 6 obligativitatea interconectării tuturor mijloacelor de joc până la data de 31.12.2015. În pofida faptului că suntem deja în luna ianuarie a anului 2016, subiectul rămâne încă deschis și de interes maxim deoarece nu toți operatorii economici au reușit interconectarea sloturilor.

Acestea și multe alte subiecte interesante vor fi discutate cu domnul Edgar Isaakyan, președintele STORM GROUP – prima companie românească care a introdus pe piață Sistemele de Management al Cazinourilor încă din anul 2013. Edgar Isaakyan: Da, aveți dreptate, decembrie 2015 a fost o lună foarte aglomerată pentru noi, dar asta nu înseamnă că luna ianuarie 2016 va fi mai lejeră. Avem destule conectări programate și pentru această lună și, judecând după intensitatea apelurilor diverșilor organizatori care nu au finalizat conectarea sau nici măcar nu au început-o, cu siguranță numărul lor va crește. Motivele sunt de natură diversă:

• Unii oameni nu au luat foarte în serios solicitarea ONJN, în primul rând din cauza lipsei unor informații concrete și de încredere. Din acest punct de vedere, ReUniunea organizată de revista Casino Inside privind legislația din domeniul jocurilor de noroc a avut o mare importanță.
• În alte cazuri, chiar furnizorii de CMS nu au putut gestiona valul imens de operatori economici care au lăsat totul pe ultima sută de metri din cauza resurselor limitate și a stocului de componente de hardware.

După cum vedeți cel de-al doilea motiv nu are nimic de-a face cu organizatorii de jocuri de noroc. În calitate de președinte al primei companii românești distribuitoare de CMS vă asigur că societatea noastră este pregătită pentru orice volum de muncă în orice colț al țării. Așadar aceasta înseamnă că procesul de conectare continuă…

Mulți dintre operatori nu au reușit să finalizeze sau să înceapă procesul de conectare și, deși este deja ianuarie 2016, acest lucru nu înseamnă că a venit sfârșitul lumii. Nu este nimic tragic, v-am spus deja, avem destule instalări programate și pentru luna ianuarie.

Vă rog să ne spuneți care sunt avantajele CMS-ului dumneavoastră și de ce ar trebui organizatorii să aleagă Sistemele Storm?
