Each year, as the year comes to an end, and we prepare for the year ahead, we carve out time to reflect on the growth of EGT in Romania in the past twelve months. This year’s reflection comes from a new headquarters for us, a new office building in a better location and with plenty of space to accommodate all the employees that chose EGT Romania: a six floor elegant building on Str. Team Growth

Choosing another building for EGT Romania headquarters was no rushed decision. The team has grown in both expertise and number of employees, therefore was needed a larger office location. We now have a strong group of senior and mid-level managers that have enabled us to build a solid base of expertise in the industry.

Awareness Growth

2017 has been a great year for visibility for EGT Romania. We got an even better awareness and recognition in the local industry, with our team highlighting our excellence via online and offline channels. The freshly launched www.egt-bg.ro had reached an impressive number of unique visitors and quite a fan base that regularly check the novelties provided through the News, Partners and Outlet section of the webpage.

Product Growth

Remaining true to its roots in technology EGT introduced on the market innovative new products and services that once again validated the quality of EGT portfolio:

Super Premier and P-42 V Curved slot machines marks the beginning of the year with a successful entry since January in some of the most prestigious gaming halls in Romania. Launched at the Entertainment Arena Expo, the promotions marked a new era in EGT history in Romania with some of the best prices on the market, never done before: 36 equal installments for the sale of some of the most successful worldwide slot machines:

• the Super Premier – reaching a 15 euro/day sales price
• the P-27/27 St Slim – reaching a 12 euro/day sales price
• Some of the Outlet products got also a boost with a special promotion: 5 euro/day at sales price
• Rental conditions were also attractive, offering some of the best prices and installments schedule right now on the market.  Pyramid CMS entered the promotions corner – for example – with a 5 euro/ monthly rental price.

The success of the promotions was so unheard that we decided to prolong these promos until the end of February, thus giving equal opportunities to all that are interested.
Model Growth

As EGT has grown over the years, we continue to apply best practices from the industry and internal lessons we learned to further refine our model to be of better service to the gambling operators we serve. We have successfully adopted an adaptive management to further improve our decision-making and ability to react quickly to changing environments. For example, by the end of March, we already had a fully implemented Customer Care department, ready to take on and better the communication with our partners, focusing on problem solving and improve the flow of information between our partners and our departments. Any suggestions, complaints and recommendation have gone through our Customer Care department ever since then.

În fiecare an, pe măsură ce anul se încheie și ne pregătim pentru anul următor, reflectăm asupra evoluţiei EGT în România în ultimele douăsprezece luni. Reflecția din acest an vine dintr-un nou sediu pentru noi, o clădire de birouri într-o zonă mai bună și cu mai mult spațiu pe măsura angajaților care au ales EGT România: o clădire elegantă de șase etaje pe Str. Sergent Matei Dumitru nr. 1-3, sector 2, București.

O echipă mai mare

Alegerea unei alte clădiri pentru sediul EGT România nu a fost o decizie luată întâmplător. Echipa a crescut atât în ​​expertiză, cât și în numărul angajaților, de aceea a fost nevoie de o locație mai mare pentru birouri. Acum avem un grup puternic de manageri senior şi middle cu care împreună construim o bază solidă de expertiză în industrie.

2017 a fost un an excelent  în ceea ce priveşte awareness-ul pentru EGT România. Am câştigat o şi mai mare recunoaștere în industria locală, membrii echipei noastre evidențiind excelența noastră prin canale online și offline. Proiectul proaspăt lansat www.egt-bg.ro a atins un număr impresionant de vizitatori unici și o bază de cunoscători care verifică regulat noutățile oferite prin secțiunea Noutăţi, Parteneri şi Outlet a paginii web.

Mai multe produse

Continuând investiţia în tehnologie, EGT a introdus pe piață produse și servicii inovatoare care au confirmat încă o dată calitatea portofoliului EGT:

Super Premier și P-42V Curved marcau începutul anului cu o intrare de succes, încă din ianuarie, în unele dintre cele mai prestigioase săli de jocuri din România. Cu monitoarele lor curbate, ecrane de înaltă definiție, sistemele de sunet stereo și lumina ambientală LED în jurul cabinetelor, câştigă iraţie în aproape fiecare locație, ceea ce ne confirmă şi partenerii noștri care au ales să adauge aceste sloturi în locaţiile lor.

Pe măsură ce EGT s-a dezvoltat în România de-a lungul anilor, continuăm să aplicăm cele mai bune practici din industrie și lecțiile interne pe care le-am învățat ca să ne îmbunătăţim serviciile către cei din industrie. Am adoptat cu succes un management adaptiv pentru a ne îmbunătăți în continuare procesul de luare a deciziilor și capacitatea de a reacționa rapid la mediile în schimbare. De exemplu, la sfârșitul lunii martie aveam deja un departament de Customer Care complet implementat, gata să preia și să îmbunătățească comunicarea cu partenerii noștri, concentrându-ne pe rezolvarea problemelor și îmbunătățind fluxul de informații între partenerii noștri și departamentele noastre. Orice sugestii, plângeri și recomandări au trecut, de atunci, prin departamentul nostru de Customer Care.
