Managerii acestora susțineau că nu mai aveau bani lichizi pentru a da rest clienților sau pentru a le plăti câștigurile.
Cazinoul este însă în continuare deschis non-stop și, spre surprinderea vizitatorilor, impune un dress code pentru bărbați – fără pantaloni scurți sau șlapi, dar nu și pentru femei. Apoi, pentru a avea acces în interior, trebuie să aveți cel puțin 21 de ani și sa achitați o taxă de intrare – ceea ce demonstrează încă o dată caracterul exclusivist al acestui cazino. Taxele de intrare variază între 36 de dolari (pachet normal), 58 de dolari (pachet ) și 110 dolari pentru VIP. Pentru cei sub 21 de ani taxa este de 22 dolari, fără permisiunea de a juca, iar pentru copii se achită o taxă de intrare de 15 dolari.
