2015 has been a truly memorable year, a very special year, marking the 60th anniversary of SUZOHAPP in Europe. The celebratory party at the Hippodrome Casino in London during the ICE was a way for the SUZOHAPP to say a personal thank you and celebrate with its customers and partners. 205u3a
The customer-focused approach from the industry’s largest supplier of components and spare parts has been seen time and again with an array of local shows that SUZOHAPP has exhibited at throughout the year. This investment portrays the dedication of the SUZOHAPP team to provide cutting-edge, innovative technology to the entire gaming market – from the OEMs right through to the operators.
This concerted effort has not just been noticed by the market by rewarding SUZOHAPP year-on-year growth. The last weeks of 2015 have seen the SUZOHAPP European team being rewarded by the industry itself. The Balkan Gaming and Entertainment Exhibition (BEGE) that took place in November in Sofia, Bulgaria, was rounded off by SUZOHAPP being presented with an award as the ‘Most Loyal Components Supplier for 2015”.
The Romanian gaming magazine Casino Inside hosted its own awards in December and once again SUZOHAPP was on the awards list, being honoured as the ‘”Best Game Accessories and Related Equipment in the Gambling Industry’. Mr. Harald Wagemaker, Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing of Gaming and Casino EMEA. Personally attended the Gala Evening that was held on 3rd December in Bucharest. Mr. Wagemaker proudly stated, “I am so honoured to be here tonight and grateful to be the recipient of this award. As the representative of my company, SUZOHAPP, I am honoured to be recognised by both the Industry and the Players in Romania. I should like to express special gratitude towards the organizing party; Casino Inside, its voting committee, and sponsors”.
Mr. Wagemaker continued, “The honour to receive an award for the ‘Best Game Accessories and Related Equipment in the Gambling Industry’ is something we couldn’t achieve without the help of a wonderful team. I am especially grateful to a few amazing people that work in my team; Mr. Rene Huibers, and Goran Sovilj for their in this market. A special thank you I should send to Mr. Adrian Prodan, our local and above all loyal partner here in Romania, whose is the reason I am up here right now. But I also like to thank Mr. Dan Bernovici Managing Partner at Casino Inside for his continued to the whole industry. Our work is far from over, but what we have accomplished together here in Romania makes me proud to be the person leading this team”.
The SUZOHAPP team now looks ahead to 2016 and is looking forward to meeting customers and partners at the ICE at a new-look stand that will better reflect the individual gaming market segments. “Our focus for the 2016 ICE will be more market-oriented than product-oriented as in the past. We believe this will help our customers to gain a better and quicker overview. Petrecerea festivă de la Casino Hippodrome din Londra în timpul evenimentului ICE a fost modul prin care SUZOHAPP a spus mulțumesc personal și a sărbătorit cu clienții și partenerii săi.
Abordarea orientată spre client a fost un obiectiv cheie pentru cel mai mare furnizor de componente și piese de schimb din industrie, prin participarea la o serie de târguri locale și regionale la care SUZOHAPP a expus pe tot parcursul anului. Această investiție arată dedicarea echipei SUZOHAPP de a furniza tehnologie inovatoare de ultimă oră pentru întreaga piață a jocurilor de noroc – de la echipamentul original produs până la operatori.
Acest efort concertat nu a fost observat de către piață doar prin recompensarea companiei SUZOHAPP cu o creștere a businessului său de la an la an. În ultimele săptămâni ale lui 2015 echipa europeană SUZOHAPP a fost răsplătită chiar de industrie. Revista românească de gaming, Casino Inside a oferit și ea propriile premii în luna decembrie și, din nou, SUZOHAPP a fost pe lista premiaților, fiind onorată pentru „Cele Mai Bune rii de Jocuri și Echipamente Aferente, din Industria de Gambling „. Harald Wagemaker, vicepreședinte executiv pe vânzări și marketing pe Europa, Orientul Mijlociu și Africa a participat personal la Seara de Gală, care a avut loc pe 3 decembrie la București. Dl Wagemaker a declarat cu mândrie: „Sunt atât de onorat să fiu aici în seara asta și sunt recunoscător că sunt cel care primește acest premiu. Ca reprezentant al companiei mele, SUZOHAPP, sunt onorat să fim recunoscuți atât de către industrie cât și de jucătorii din România. Echipa SUZOHAPP privește acum înainte spre 2016 și așteaptă cu nerăbdare să își întâmpine partenerii și clienții la ICE, cu un stand cu design nou, care va reflecta mai bine segmentele individuale de pe piața de gaming. „Interesul nostru pentru ICE 2016 va fi mai orientat mai mult spre piață decât spre produs, ca și în trecut. Noi credem că acest lucru îi va ajuta pe clientii nostri să obțină mai rapid o imagine de ansamblu mai bună. Gaming-ul este foarte divers și fiind cel mai mare furnizor din industrie pe piața componentelor și pieselor de schimb, scopul nostru este să oferim soluții corecte care să se potrivească nevoilor și cerințelor clienților noștri.
